This is the part where I start to babble:

I have loved music all my life. And I knew I wanted to work in radio since I was a kid. Growing up in the 70's in Minocqua there were only a few area radio stations to listen to. But for me it was when the sun went down that I turned on my AM radio and listened to the big 50-thousand watt powerhouses that were booming the big hits of the day. I would listen to Music Radio WLS in Chicago every night for hours. John "Records truly is my middle name" Landecker was the man. His "Boogie Check", Larry Lujack, the "Howlin and Prowlin" Wolfman Jack, and so many others were my heroes. The way they made the music sound. They sounded so cool and all I wanted was to someday be just like them.

My career has taken me to many radio stations in many cities, San Diego CA., Virginia Beach, VA, Madison, Watertown, Eagle River, Rhinelander, and Milwaukee, WI, Agana Guam, and A.F.R.T.S. Marrianas.

I have been so fortunate in my career to have worked with some of the best broadcasters. Duff Damos, Jim Zache, Dave Raven, Frank Beres, Sid Cooper, J.T. McCarthy, John Sherer, John Jagler, Mac McKenzie, and many many others. Everything I am in radio is in large part a tribute to these people, and what I have learned from them. You know who you are, and I can't thank you enough.

I am even more blessed to have the support of a wonderful family. My wife Carrie, who works at a local nursing home, surprises me every day with her compassion, and depth of feeling. She is my best friend without whom I would be lost.

My son Charlie reminds me why I could never get away with anything growing up, yet makes me proud everyday.

I get my humor from my Mom and Dad (so blame them). They are always there for me, and I owe them a lot (O.K. the check is in the mail Jeeeez!)
